Nung nagising ako kahapon, nakita ko kapatid ko sa sala nag kakape kasama nung nanay ko …
( the other day we were discussing about some herbal medicine called “babana leaves” and how it can cure cancer and same time cleanse our body when you boil the leaves and drink it )
Me : Ma, nalaga mo na ba yung babana leaves kasi iinom ata si Van (my brother)
Van : Nalaga na ba? Bat di ko nakita?
Me : Di ka kasi nag luluto kaya di mo alam kung ano laman ng kaldero
Mama : Sabi ni kuya (our older brother) nyo, kakain lang daw sya ng bunga nun, pero wala ako may nakitang magandang klase sa palengke eh
Van : May bunga ba yun? Di ba dahon lang yun?
Me : Van di ba parang sa probinsya ka lumaki? Bat di mo alam na may bunga yun?
Mama : Mas maganda kainin yung hindi masyadong hinog. Mas masarap yung papahinog palang para hindi maasim. Mas masarap pa nga kainin yan kaysa sa Atis.
Van : (habang umiinom ng kape at hinihimas ang baba) Anong bunga pinag uusapan nyo, Di ba nga walang bunga yun? Baka ang ibig nyong sabihin na bunga eh yung “guabano”
Na shock kami, bigla kami natahimik sa reaction ng kapatid ko. sabay tawa ako sabay tanong sa kanya
Me : Van, minsan napag iisip ko kung kapatid nga kita?? ano ba sa english ang babana?
Van : Guabano! Ay.. P***** I**. Maliligo na nga ako.
When I created an Account here at Tumblr few years ago, I never thought that I will be addicted to it. And now I found it more interesting that reading Facebook statuses of my friends (annoying statuses). I don’t know, but I felt that whenever I read their status, it wonders me if that what really they felt, or they just wrote it to know if someone will comment to it.
Or maybe its just me felt that way. I don’t know.
